Company History

EWD Consulting commenced operating in 1992 providing Industrial Relations and Human Resource services to employers. It initially serviced South Australian business but quickly expanded into other States and now provides consulting services throughout Australia. EWD Consulting delivers these services across most industries.

Key Staff

EWD Consulting utilises the services of five Senior Consultants who have extensive experience in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Training and Workplace Counselling and Mediation.

The five Consultants include:

Director – over 25 years experience in Industrial Relations at the Federal level

Senior Consultant – over 25 years experience in Industrial Relations and Human Resources, including 10 years as a National HR manager

Senior Consultant – involved in IR and WH&S for over 15 years

Senior Consultants – two consultants qualified at Masters level who participate in Workplace Counselling, Mediation and Workplace Bullying
